So I just searched in Chat GPT 'buy (x) supplements' and the answer gave me 3 results and 3 out of 3 were my sites. Also ran a travel based search and got results from 10 sites that real people have written from experience - you know - niche sites This could get interesting 😀

@lilyraynyc The fact that a graph like this is exists at all is a testament to the fact that Google is broken. This should never happen, unless their company is totally broken. A site either is good or isn't. Their standards shouldn't change this wildly, from one second to the next. And

Ok, let's get this party started! A couple weeks ago I said I was publishing the most important thing I ever wrote. I was wrong. Documentation related to the Google Search algorithm leaked and I spent the weekend tearing it apart. https://t.co/v71B16Ggov ✌🏾

Last week I had a great conversation with @thomasgermain about the algorithm changes from Google Search and the devastating impact it has had on Independent and Small Web Publishers. This article articulates the problem brilliantly. Great insight! https://t.co/yCpwKPCN1M

Teenagers have started calling AI art “boomer art” and consider it cringe. I honestly couldn’t be happier.

“Multiple sites within Mediavine’s network have implemented changes...and have not seen traffic return...To say this process has been frustrating...for independent publishers is an understatement.” Read CEO @erichochberger’s latest byline for @adexchanger:

We can’t allow Google’s cookie drama and ongoing court cases to distract from moves it’s been making on search that have threatened fair play on the web.

Honestly, everything I see in response to AI is so negative. Maybe people want AI to do boring things (taxes) and not fun things (researching vacation)? Just a thought.

Maybe I’m a stubborn old lady but the last thing I want is AI giving me travel advice. I already struggle with recommendations from humans. 😂🤭 The entire joy of using search engines was to go down those rabbit holes on my own terms.

I’m telling you. My money is on “-reddit.com” becoming a big search modifier in the next year. Many more “normies” (😂) will be teaching each other how to make those results go away. Not everyone wants to hear what some anonymous guy said on Reddit. I’ve been hearing this
Super strange experience today. In two different work meetings, “normies” who know nothing about SEO complained about Google Search. One woman said that everything essentially above the fold on her phone now seems to be an ad. The other person said that if they wanted to go

This is the type of content that drowned the real reviews and human product recommendations we publish at @ThisHouseFresh. Many independent sites like ours have been pointing this stuff out since last September. For months, we were told that our content was not helpful, our
I kept digging into that AI company behind Sports Illustrated's fake writers. Turns out it's created tons more fake writers across the web, sometimes for surprisingly huge media clients. And then things get even wilder... For @futurism // https://t.co/CzVSglV3zN

Just wondering how online publishers SHOULD make money these days, like what is left for them? Subscription/paywall only, which everyone also hates?
