A Goldcrest was on its back feet up in front of the house this morning, fearing the worst I took it into the garden and held it in my hands for 30 mins, to my delight it gradually recovered and flew off 😀

Woodbury Common East Devon is a special place for me, a super walk this AM with gutsy wife Pauline 70 yrs married 46 yrs & always there shoulder to shoulder with me all that time, screws & plates in her feet she did a hoofing walk of almost 8.8k in 2 hrs love her 2 bits ❤️❤️
