At a loss as to how woeful IPC transmission routes are at the present time. Can you spot the discrepancy? Is it sprayed on (droplets)? Is it inhaled (airborne)? Is it both? But if its either sprayed on or inhaled or both, how, I repeat how, can hand hygiene be the best thing?

@barryjmjones @_CatintheHat @covidinquiryuk The point we are dancing around is that politics intruded upon science and corrupted, before during and even more since the pandemic. This is at least as true of the CDC as it was of WHO, and PHE.

Even according to the UKHSA’s own recent estimate, COVID positively is at 8%, virtually the same as flu. Hospitalisations for COVID are higher than flu. But see 👇 how they’re described.

I think they’re covering up their March 2020 decision to pretend SC2 was droplet spread cos they thought that was how to let HCWs wear only FRSMs.
