Backmarket strikes again! 3rd time ordering, 3rd time problems. This has been going on since 30th July. @backmarket what's the excuse this time?

Once again @backmarket fails to deliver. Second order, still trying to get a laptop, originally ordered on 30th July, then again 1st Sept. No contact until we contacted them. Now no laptop again. What is going on?
