I will repeat that many lawmakers treating social media as their primary sphere of feedback has done an immense amount of harm to the country, because the average top reply here is from someone 3 standard deviations more insane than the rest of society.

Scott Galloway explaining on the Pivot podcast how Trump’s destruction of the American brand—rule of law, legal immigration, great universities—is destroying the value of American companies. You can’t just look at day to day stock numbers. There is deep damage being done here.

Pepsi buying Poppi for $2B confirms what I've been saying: You don't out-spend giants. You out-CULTURE them. While corporate dinosaurs optimized spreadsheets, Poppi built something people actually LOVE. Create genuine connection, not just product, and giants will pay billions

It's also because America used to stand for something in the world. But Michael is right: Most people don't understand that eventually, the world order that sustains their freedom and standard of living will soon unravel.

An important reason for the United States to support Ukraine is to contain Russia's territorial ambitions. Containing Russia's ambitions is important for peace in Europe. Peace in Europe is important because without it Americans will be less prosperous. We don't support Ukraine

I've spent years working on this and it really comes down to this: Any single tiny thing you can do to feel like you're helping build a better future is more productive than 10,000 hours of dread.

Human labor used to be about subsistence—farming, to get enough to eat. Now work has moved up Maslow’s Hierarchy to fill our needs for community and self-actualization. One example: higher-income workers are actually working *more* hours than lower-income workers.

If it wasn’t clear already, LAL and detailed targeting will shortly be gone. Broad targeting is the future on Meta - if you’re using more granular targeting as an advertiser (including specific demos/genders) you need to be developing a more broad approach ASAP

New from #Meta: this week the platform is testing a new product called #Advantage+ Audience on a % of ads from select advertisers. Ads will be served to users outside of selected targeting (honoring location, language, excluded audiences).

Ecom is going through "a dark night of the soul". Facebook Ads, media buying, and agencies will look different after this year. But no one is talking about it. In this video: - Agency layoffs - Creative strategy: will this save media buyers? - Gurus https://t.co/267Dv1tTLL
