LC is unique due to its chronic inflammation of the vessels (vasculitis). Just because some symptoms are shared, it doesn't mean the conditions are the same.

@DonEford Not saying one is individually worse than the other. LC with PEM is likely now overrepresented compared to MECFS. If there is a mixed study and the drug helps ME/CFS but not LC with PEM, and the study fails, we have made a huge mistake and lost an opportunity for ME or vice versa.
