@viraj_sheth The one you are using has.. 417 calories 20 gms protein 42 gms carbs ( with added sugar 12 gms) per 100 gms. Won't give enough protein per serve but will sure add unnecessary calories from carbs to his diet. Rather, use a brand which has 70-80 gms of protein per 100 gms and
