Finally a low fat paneer I found bearable. Soft in texture and tastes good if seasoned nicely. It was a ‘pure vegetarian’ day today. So I took a ragi roti, used it as a base & made this clunky, desi-looking pizza. I am content. Almost 35g of protein.
