I believe in being both a complete athlete and a complete nerd. Stay loaded!.Also, @thestrongdoc asked me to share my training videos and not be shy about it.
I work at the intersection of health and fitness coaching, athletic performance, sports science, AI, and computer science. Ask me anything relevant to my work; I answer every question I see here.

I was always dissatisfied by how mathematics is taught - to crack examinations without really providing the tools for how to spot it in the universe and the world around us. So I created an AI to do that. It teaches math the way it should be taught - beyond just computation.
@MathMatize Cc @mutant1643 tell me.

Be wary of biomechanics ‘experts’ who call others out for engagement. They are usually beginners.
@AanchalXIV Which is why education is so important. Someone once tagged one of the self-proclaimed biomechanics experts under one of my videos. The guy who was in the habit of calling everyone out on YouTube and Instagram. It turned out that the biomechanics ‘expert’ had got the physics.

The best place to learn STEM is @FreeGymAI. Link in the comments.
If you're a student wondering what you should study in the world of AI, it's still the same: math, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, engineering. STEM teaches reasoning, objectivity and how to think. It makes you better at learning everything else. In STEM, ideas.

These coaches are also mostly beginners btw.
Gym culture has become boring because of self-proclaimed experts. God forbid you post a fun exercise or some cool strength move. There’s always that one coach ready to throw big words and make it sound like you’re committing a crime against biomechanics. Chill. People train.

There’s no study on this yet, but I genuinely believe people who use Eureka over ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, or Gemini will get smarter in the long run. You will have to try to see what I mean. Link’s in the comments.
Uploading a blood report to an AI tool , identifying problems and getting nutritional and lifestyle guidelines backed by grade A evidence . Eureka beats Claude sonnet 4 and Super Grok 4 in my preliminary findings. I'll test this more extensively and update . Other tools will.

Diet soda just isn't the hill I'm willing to die on. They're a simple swap for something worse. That's it. There are more important battles to fight, more meaningful science to discuss.
Diet sodas are neither a health food to be glorified nor a poison to be feared. Their role and impact are defined entirely by context. Here's the cosmic joke: Coca-Cola and Pepsi are essentially running the same playbook as those sketchy antivirus companies that secretly create

It's not about whether the story is true; it's about whether it's relatable. That's what people should be talking about. Don't miss the forest for the trees. Focus on the more important issue.
ChatGPT saved my mom.My mom had a nonstop cough for 1.5 years. We saw top doctors, visited big hospitals in & out of the city, tried homeopathy, ayurveda, allopathy nothing helped. It got worse: internal bleeding started. Doctors said, "If this goes on for 6 more months, it could.

You can master theory perfectly yet miss it right in front of you. Just like doctors missing ACE inhibitor coughs, mathematicians can ace every exam but fail to see the Fibonacci sequence in a nautilus shell or the inverse square law in a spreading ripple. AI doesn't just.
Dry cough caused by ACE inhibitors (enalapril, lisinopril, ramipril etc) is a common side effect known to all doctors. You don't need "top doctors" or Chat GPT to diagnose this. Although irritating, the cough is not life-threatening. #MedTwitter.
