GOP is foolish to not be mobilizing voters across all modalities of voting. But forgetting & missing the bus isn’t “swinging elections” — the game changed when unrestricted absentee balloting became the norm, and GOP doesn’t “harvest” like Dems do, but tbh the bigger issue is..
