Occam's Razor - It’s likely the DOJ knows the challenge of the case is a very high bar and they are unlikely to clear it. So, what they are doing is appeasing the ‘Russiagate’ crowd, with the performance of the investigation itself.
@TheLastRefuge2 Is it possible that all these leaks and other things happening are just because we’re new at this? Or is it, as you suspect, just clumsy theater.
