Let’s make this holiday season a healthy one. Every New Yorker can get their Flu and COVID shots directly at their local pharmacy. No prescription, no hassle — just straightforward access to care.

How many of the four people leaking to the NYT claiming "direct knowledge of the matter" sit on the NYC-DSA Electoral Working Group's steering committee? 🤔

It’s hard to believe NYC-DSA leadership promised Lander they wouldn’t endorse a DSA candidate in NY-10, especially since NYC-DSA worked for months to recruit a DSA candidate for that race. https://t.co/aLmyoWKVDS

NYC is its people. It is not, or at least should not be, a police state that is propped up by the NYPD. Even if you believe that police play a real role in public safety, the NYPD shouldn’t have a veto over what New Yorkers vote for. If cops leave, the city will manage.

So Brad Lander wasn't good enough for Zohran to hire him. But he's willing to go to war with @nycDSA to help his erstwhile ally win a congressional seat as a consolation prize? Make this make sense.

Instead of tapping the city's pension funds to aid Israel's government, "@MarkLevineNYC can choose a different path. He has time to change his mind, to listen to the financial experts and consult city policies that define his duties." https://t.co/muj79gjgdf

I really hope Mamdani doesn't fill his cabinet with a bunch of do-no-harm de Blasio bureaucrats. He wouldn't have even run for mayor if he had those types advising him a year ago.

For every rich Islamophobe we lose on the Upper East Side, we pick up 2 nonbinary baristas in Bushwick and Ridgewood. And you can repeat that in Boston and Chicago and Seattle.

Over 200 Jewish NYCers, city workers & elected officials rallied Tuesday outside the office of Comptroller-elect Mark Levine, calling on him to reverse his position & not reinvest NYC pension funds in Israel Bonds. Speakers included @alexaforcouncil & @OsseChi. 📸Chae Kihn

Singing "People gotta rise like water to fight this pipeline now," protesters young and old marched Tuesday on Gov. Hochul's office, days after she approved a controversial natural gas pipeline that will run beneath New York Harbor to the Rockaways. https://t.co/UQxeDqzj05

One week after @OsseChi was disinvited from Zohran Mamdani's victory party because of his rumored primary challenge to Hakeem Jeffries, he was enthusiastically received at Tuesday night's joint campaign launch party for DSA's @JabariBrisport & @eonforassembly. 📸@RBroszkowski

We've had some form of rent control/rent stabilization since 1943. And we like it! Thanks for asking.

@SandyforCouncil How disgusting is that. Full blown communism. NYC is 100% done. How do these idiots not know what’s going to happen when you enact rent stabilization.

Soon, every NYC building with even one rent-stabilized apartment will have a lobby sign making it clear, plus instructions on how to check whether your unit is rent-stabilized.

Why is Schumer so hard to dislodge? Because he is the "Senator from Wall Street" who makes it rain and most of his colleagues have fed at his trough.

Other than ego and careerism, what IS the argument for Schumer staying? I've said this before but he has no rep as a political mastermind. He's not a ball buster or warrior. He's awful on TV. Why is HE the essential Democrat in these unique times?

We recently had a fan of the Indy send us a photo of their favorite cover which they have on their wall at home. If you have a favorite cover, center spread or article hanging on a wall or just taped to the fridge, send us a photo. In our hyper-digital age, print keeps it real.
