It's not entirely inaccurate. They offer those benefits to *employees;* most warehouse workers and all delivery drivers (like I was) are contractors who don't get any benefits until they've worked at least a month, and are constantly under incredible pressure.

That part is actually realistic. In a real desert, sweat evaporates as soon as it leaves your body. When I was in Iraq, I would never sweat when I was outside, but as soon as I stepped into one of the air-conditioned buildings on the embassy, I'd start sweating like crazy.
