Hi dear friends in my phone. Just letting you know my Dad passed away this morning. It was a blessing really, his quality of life wasn’t great just lately. He was 98.

This is my Dad he is 98 today. His sister my Auntie Christina ( behind him ) flew from Canada on her own at aged 88 yesterday. Her sister my Auntie Sylvia ( almost 93) wants to start dating again!

It was during the day on a Friday not everyone can get out of work. The protests weren’t just in London they were nationwide. Thousands turned out in Sheffield to protest there were 10 Trump supporters.

I loved the fact that people reserved tickets for their dogs and cats! It's amazing what you all did. It's hilarious. The younger generation gives us hope. He was so mad coming back to the WH. Karma is a Bitch.

I once saw this young woman walk towards me in a leopard skin coat. She looked amazing. I told her that she was rocking her coat. Then I thought should I have I said that out loud. She said “thanks it’s from a charity shop!” I said “ mine is too!”

Thank you for all your lovely wishes. Sorry not replied yet. It all went really well today. Dad and his brothers were motor bike mad when they were younger. So it was quite moving when his coffin was in a side car alongside a Harley Davidson. A really fitting send off.

My sister made this chocolate cake for my Dad’s birthday. It was so light. The cake mixture had Guinness in it and Baileys in the cream. It was yummy.

Thank you for all your lovely messages yesterday. Dad’s funeral went really well. He & his brothers were big motorbike enthusiasts. His coffin was in a sidecar attached to a Harley Davidson. He was a lovely man. He’s at peace now.

1/ My friend & her hubby met a Canadian yesterday that had got the wrong train.The guard said he would have to pay £90 for rest of journey. He stayed at their house last night & have taken him back to Liverpool & managed to get him a train to London for £12!
