DNF at The Big Half yesterday 😥 Ankle uncomfortable from the start and painful from 2 miles. Decided to quit at 4 miles, but forgot about Greenwich foot tunnel so had to run/walk/hobble another 7 miles to get to baggage 😭 @RunComPod I think Yorkshire is off to focus on rehab

My 21st Great North Run done in 1:55:52, 8 mins slower than last year which was rather disappointing. Have to remind myself I'm in midst of marathon training not chasing PBs. Thanks to @Kerry79229524 for the encouragement at mile 8. @RunComPod

A VERY satisfying time, but I think we all know what Paul will say… #YourWeekendRuns
@RunComPod ran the wilne 10k and recorded a chip time of 40:00; not sure if im delighted with the neatness of the time or I really wanted that extra second off 🤣. Wilne 10k is a great event BTW

A brilliant day at the Great North Run. It wasn’t a PB but 2 weeks off for injury in the last month means a huge relief to get through it. Must be the pre race night comedy from @DeeringRob that did it! @RunComPod

Great North Run 2025 - Sometimes running can humble you, not a good run but what a bloody amazing day and a fabulous race. Queasy, cramp in both legs but I just ended up enjoying the run and the support was incredible and so good to see so many friends too 😊🏃♂️❤️🖤💛 @RunComPod
