You have to be pretty sick to go and chant “from the river to the sea” at a train station on the day of an antisemitic terrorist attack in which two British Jews were murdered.

This was a vile and disgusting attack on a synagogue in Manchester. On Yom Kippur – the holiest day of the Jewish year – families gathered in prayer were targets for violence. My heart goes out to all those hurt and affected. I know many in our Jewish community will feel shaken.

Overnight, a synagogue and Jewish children’s nursery in Golders Green were desecrated with excrement. That makes 8 antisemitic attacks in just over a week, all by the same suspect, caught clearly on CCTV. Eight attacks. One suspect. Still no arrest…
