🔹Their modularity and small size support engineering of multi-specific targeting circuits, we engineered bi- and tri-specific CARs with OR, IF-THEN logic

🔹Sherpabodies are small (~60 AA) engineered proteins from a human SH3 domain scaffold and enable specific tumor antigen recognition. Sherpabodies can be incorporated into chimeric antigen receptor constructs for targeting a variety of tumor associated antigens
