Having worked in Leaving care services and then in a children's prison I fully understand what @JamesTCobbler is talking about. I recently met a young person I supported, he told me as soon as I stopped the 'football coaching' he went straight to prison.

1/2 Shocking customer service @virginmedia installation booked 9/03. Engineer arrived & said it needs 2 people, Virgin will contact you. I called on Weds, was on the phone for an hour WITHOUT booking a new date. Called this morning, got an installation date
