I fear for those schools switching to AI delivery already. It’s further acknowledgement of the recruitment crisis - taking away the responsibility of the DfE/government to resolve it. 🚨 AI lesson delivery is not the solution.

NEW πŸ’₯ Teacher Workload is Improving! But, we are still haemorrhaging 40,000 teachers, every year. The 2025 report offers a glimmer of progress, not a turning point. ❌ If leaders want retention to improve, they must shift from workload management to workload removal.
