Hey @Coles who do I contact to make a complaint? I ordered online delivery. After 2 emails, 1 phone call, 1 online chat, they all told me it was delivered. Then another online chat, after 1 hour, confirmed they delivered to the wrong address. 4 days later. Not even an apology.

Hey @Wotif bought a place 12 months ago. Used to be a B&B, but not anymore. Itโs still on wotif. 3 people have turned up so far, have been disappointed that they canโt stay in my residence. Have tried calling 3 times. virtual assist hangs up. Need property off wotif. Next steps?
