15th April 2014 NALSA Judgement was passed by the Supreme Court recognising the Trans community as the third gender. It’s been 9 years since that historic day where we received our rights as Indian Citizens; sadly none of the laws have been implemented.

There's no Transgender inclusive scholarships btw. The one which is available under SMILE Social Justice Ministry is for 13,500 rupees for Trans people to pursue education. Please tell Modiji to extend support for Trans people.
