Had a consultation with uro-neuro department at UCL. They were surprisingly understanding and said they’ve seen many cases like mine. If you have PSSD and are from the UK, I highly recommend asking your GP to refer you to the said department, for genital numbness and SD.

You no longer love anything or anyone when you have PSSD, not even your parents. You physiologically feel nothing. You only know you love them due to past memories. Hugging a tree and hugging a loved one offers no difference in feeling. That’s a true horror to live with.
