Finally! Thank you @BBCFergusWalsh for saying what the official NHS Infection Prevention and Control Guidance doesn’t - that baggy blue surgical masks don’t keep you safe from flu viruses. He advised to use proper FFP3 respirator masks. And stay home when sick. Both great advice.
