This doesn’t justify standardizing a ~1,000x increase to Op_Return or doing nothing to mitigate Spam on Bitcoin that was facilitated by SegWit & Taproot. Stephan Livera is too intellectually lazy to take seriously on the Spam debate. Activate BIP-110 and rug the spammers.

P2A is explicitly exempted in BIP-110. There are some grey areas, but BIP-110 only acts on spam that is definitely spam, which is why it will easily achieve consensus.
