7.) The tool I find most helpful in personalizing one's habits and growth goals is the Enneagram. It's a personality tool that can help you see why you oeprate the way you do and the path to change. There are other personality tools out there, but the Enneagram is my favorite.

6.) Yes, there are many general skills that all leaders should and need to learn. But, when it comes to breaking patterns and lasting growth, the work we each need to do, is unique to each of us.

5.) On Difficult Conversations: I worry about hurting someone else's emotions. She gets irritated slowing down to talk about emotions. I need to learn to let others be responsible for their feelings. She needs to learn the importance of bottom-lining.

4.) On Productivity: I am dreamy and have a hard time getting going in the am. She is high-energy and can get pulled in too many directions. I need daily structure, she needs Pomodoro's to create breaks throughout the day to re-orient towards her top priorities.

3.) On Emotions: My main challenge is developing emotional resiliency. Her main challenge is learning to slow down and be with sadness at times, so she doesn't burn out. I benefit from journaling on positivity. She benefits from journaling on her emotions.

2.) To exemplify this point, let's compare me to one of my CEO clients. I am creative, sensitive, and heart-based. She is high-energy, positive, and head-based. Here are the different areas of growth we focus on and the different tools we use.
