Deep beneath Jupiter’s frozen moon Europa lies a massive liquid water ocean. Exploring this ocean world with our @EuropaClipper spacecraft could offer clues in our search for life beyond Earth. Here’s what you need to know about Europa: https://t.co/eyJHGHvKUk

Lush WCR lesson yesterday. Working hard on using evidence to back up a viewpoint. I gave them 6 statements and they had to choose a side (no fence sitting) and then explain WHY. I loved listening in on their conversations! Everyone doing the same thing, but adapted for some.

When doing timeline work in history, I like to get the children to think deeper about the key events they are ordering and reflect on how the timeline might be different if an event didn’t take place. Love these responses today:

Had a @joshuaseigal poem up on the board after lunch to read (just for fun) but the kids loved it so much we ended up spending nearly 30 mins going through the poems on his website. Particular faves: The Link That Wouldn’t Work (😂) and Mrs Ironbladder! https://t.co/GV3RUpjBf0

Just a reminder that one of the most useful, easiest to use and infinite-possibility-filled tools for modelling maths that is available for FREE is the number line tool on mathsbot. Doing negative numbers with Y6 this morning and can't imagine how long it would take without it.

This would be a great writing stimulus when my class look at portal stories. Is this an actual photo you took?
