My yearly reminder to all founders as you go build that next Google/MSFT/Salesforce killer app in 2026: when distribution is proprietary, distribution wins (Comcast vs Netflix), when distribution is commoditized, best product wins (chrome vs IE), when product is commoditized,

It's hard to oversell how big a discovery this is. Heart disease is America's #1 cause of death. With a combination of two drugs administered once every six months, it might be mostly defeated. Just think about that how big this is! You will know your great-grandkids!

@LateToDinner00 OP’s post claims that people aren’t having kids due to economic uncertainty. I’m refuting this by pointing out that even those with economic certainty are having kids at lower rates. Therefore economic uncertainty cannot explain it all.

Me: I wonder why they have a bad rating. Maybe people just hate on bureaucracy related apps. App: crashes and loses all data I've entered for the past five minutes.

My account doesn’t show up on the Polytopia global leaderboard. @Midjiwan is it because I got the score playing Perfection against the bots and not in multiplayer mode? 🥲
