After figuring out how Byron blocks work and fixing a couple bugs in the network module
There is now a node that is executing the chain-sync and block-fetch mini-protocols live on the preprod testnet

Update on the Typescript passive cardano-node implementation
The node reached the tip of preprod
We are now able to parse all headers of all the supported ledgers
(this was not implemented before the project; but this is exactly the reason the catalyst proposals are proposed

4) and doing the same transfer of before (but failing due to freeze)
