Using the framework to spin up local ephemeral networks has helped us find a few bugs in Dingo. This is definitely going to make building consensus easier. 🫡.

Dingo 0.12.0 is in the wild!. This version includes fixes for chain sync and transaction propagating. Rollback support has been improved with multiple outbound nodes. Memory usage has been constrained by limiting the LSM store cache. @SundaeSwap contributed fork tracking metrics.
