I will be enjoying a few birthday favourites this month as I stare down one of those "milestone" bdays - and then, will be back to eating a nutrient dense, low toxin diet for my health. It's not what you do occasionally that makes or breaks you. It's what you do routinely.
I can still cook, and yes I’m still Carnivore…except today enjoying a few Birthday favorites. Arugula w/Roasted Prosciutto wrapped fresh Figs, Gorgonzola w/a homemade Balsamic reduction. Ribeye w/Lobster and Herb Butter♥️

This is why we all have to be willing to make choices. There is no infallible source out there; and no one lives with the consequences of my choice but me.
A 2020 paper showed that of 500 randomized controlled trials analyzed, half contained fake data and a quarter were purely fabricated ("zombie trials"). These are the "gold-standard" studies on which clinical guidelines are formulated. Medical science is infested by fraud.

Hard to believe that an “adult” would do such a clearly unethical thing. The fact that it was caught on camera means he has had consequences to his actions. I’m not unhappy with that result.
This guy's firm has lost millions of dollars because of this bonehead behavior at the US Open. Justified?

Prefer to read rather than watch or listen? My colleague Ally Wilinski and I post a minimum of 4x a week. This one is specifically on the places in our bodies where oxalate can disrupt iron. #lowoxalatediet #lowoxalate #ironandhealth .

I'm still working on pushups. (Would love to be able to do 100 in 5 minutes! Maybe that's going to be a goal. ) But that said: I'm still increasing my weights at the gym, and I'm still aging like a fine wine. 😉.
I was nearly asleep on the couch, scrolling through videos on my phone (bad habit), & I had completely abandoned any thoughts of going downstairs to do those pushups I promised I would do…. And guess what came up in my feed? . In consecutive order, inspiration from @MarkBski,

When it comes to canned fish, I honestly think you can't beat mackerel. High omega 3s and I actually like the taste. It's a "meatier" fish. I have eaten sardines. I'm not sure I could do anchovies. But however you get your omega 3s, it's worth it! (Fish is low oxalate).
I was craving anchovies so this is my breakfast. I also like herring but struggle to eat sardines like this. Wish I could learn how to like them. The plastic fork was the only fork I could find at work.

Authenticity matters. I have met people from X in real life. I suspect that I "match up" pretty well with who I am when you meet me in person. (Although I'm a bit less opinionated on this platform than I might be in person; I do recognize that what one posts is forever.😉).
Living authentically can cost you people you thought would never leave. But living inauthentically costs you yourself…dichotomies
