Fat adaptation takes 4-12 weeks minimum. Gut microbiome shift takes 3-6 months. Hormonal recalibration takes 6-12 months. Giving carnivore 2 weeks is like planting a tree, checking the next day, and deciding trees are a scam because there's no shade yet.

Holly Davidson is by far the best ref in the URC. Clear, concise, and forthright. She can teach a few others a few things on controlling a game. Every time I watch her control a game, I'm impressed with the calmness and control she shows. May rugby find more refs like her

I’m not so sure of that. Running 100 miles seems to be a different challenge than running a marathon. The fastest marathon runners are not always the winners in our 56mile Comrades Marathon. So you may be correct as far as mental attitude etc goes, but there may be unexpected

I’m presuming this is based on evidence from RCTs showing that this combination of 3 different interventions does indeed improve performance in exercise of this intensity and duration? Rather than: Well intellectually we think it should work (but we haven’t actually tested it).
