Sclerosing polycystic adenoma is a salivary tumor with mixed ductal, acinar, and myoepithelial elements that was previously considered non-neoplastic- but recent identification of PTEN/PI3K pathway mutations proved it is a neoplasm (PMID: 31605313). #ENTPath #SurgPath #IHCPath
