@piersmorgan @CliveMyrieBBC We need to have more of the reality of what’s happening in hospitals across the nation on our TVs. It brings us closer to the reality and might stop people breaking the rules and spreading the virus further.

The mayor of Bristol was asked directly by the local media yesterday if he knew the timescale for the salvage operation. He told us he did not. Less than 24 hours later, the council retrieved the statue from the harbour.
Perfectly fair for the council to safeguard the salvage team. But reveals a paranoia and lack of trust in professional journalists. Surely the Press Association or BBC should be trusted to act responsibly?
