Just a lil reminder that even the most sophisticated of observation instruments* only have very modest relationships with student learning outcomes (Gill, 2016). Worse: evidence suggests that even when experienced raters agree on observations judgements, we tend to be wrong

I know how important the task of the Review will be - to improve educational experience and outcomes, without doing damage or precipitating unintended consequences. I'll be steered by the evidence, and consult widely.
