As I highlighted recently in @LeftFootFwd the Trump admin has a keen interest in recognising Somaliland and I’m sure they’ll move on it soon. It can be an easy win and an area where @10DowningStreet can find alignment with DC if they also change the outdated FCDO policy on this.
