We have already started using Cytotrace2. Great framework and tool when thinking about stem-like states and plasticity across cancers!
This is truly the perfect time to implement technology like this. We can accurately and swiftly annotate single cells based on their developmental potential with applications across biology and medicine. Excited to see this move ahead!

Can we have a biotinylated and inactive version of the HDAC1/2 inhibitor? How do you do Chem-seq, Jun? In the end, we were able to follow our observations and publish these findings thanks to collaborative science fostered by @DanaFarber @DanaFarberNews

Also excited to see the study in print. In addition to the findings, this work embodies complementary and generous science. Jun allowed us to screen his well-curated library of epigenetic degrades/inhibitors without batting an eye. We repaid him by asking him to do more…
It is so exciting to see the final version of our collaborative work with @LabSethi. We found that blocking HDAC1/2 pushes CRC cells out of a stem-like state and into differentiation. We will work tother more to find novel therapeutic options for CRC.

A great collaboration with my friend @JunQiLab. We screened a small molecule library targeting epigenetic regulators curated by Jun’s team using our dual reporter system. The ensuing mechanistic work required innovative chemical and rigorous molecular biology.
