Our chapter focuses on MMP-3, a fascinating, pleiotropic enzyme that may even play a role in neurodegeneration, which is the focus of my current research. Much remains to be explored, as always. .

Pleased to see this chapter finally out - co-wrote it during the COVID lockdowns with my PhD advisor, now Emeritus Prof. Hideaki Nagase. The book took some time to come together, but it’s great to see it in print.
