Our work for ODT measurements on C. elegans dauer larvae is out at @BiophysJ! We @GuckLab reveal the dramatic increases of the refractive index of dauer larvae upon desiccation (n ~ 1.5 like glass!) and structural defects in desiccation-sensitive mutants. https://t.co/73mCDznati
