Very clear indications of the huge cross-economy challenges businesses are facing on labour right now. Both temp and perm still rising, though at a slightly slower pace. Starting wages rising faster than at any point in the past 24 years. Read more in the link in this tweet: (1/)

At a writing retreat in the hills behind Sevilla. Two great authors, Frances Wilson and Katherine Rundell, are teaching techniques and sharing insights. I'm learning tons. But, honestly, even if the course was rubbish, I'd still be loving it here!
