I made it! I got round the #Altrincham10k again! Great atmosphere and it even managed not to rain. Second time this event has been held and it's such a success it's surely here to stay. Thanks to @RunThroughUK for organising it and to the kind Alty residents who cheered us on.

I'm sad to miss the jubilee celebrations but it's been more than worth it to do this #IyengarYoga holiday in Turkey. @sarah_iyengar is a brilliant teacher and classes are beside this river, in which afterwards we can swim.

Another intense 3 months, during which I finally made it to the Sahara! I feel privileged to have spent 48 hours walking through the desert, with camels carrying our stuff, and sleeping out under the phenomenal night sky. Morocco is fantastic - and so is @alzheimerssoc

I've started German lessons. After dredging up schoolgirl Deutsch to communicate in Transylvania, I decided to expand it. Learning online from a woman in Nuremberg. Times have changed since I ran my language school but working with a really good teacher is still a joy.

Enjoying the @altichamber meeting and bacon butties at @CrestaCourt. Great to see so many of our excellent members, including @OakwoodValuati1 and @Martinhambleton. @altrinchamhq on top form, enlightening and encouraging us about various aspects of social-media marketing.

Don't know where the past 3 months have gone but suddenly I find myself in Transylvania. It's a charity trek for @ParkinsonsUK. We're exploring various Carpathian mountains and I'm loving every minute!

Really enjoyed this play at @AltrinchamG. @pppmauthor and I weren't sure what to expect but it was brilliant! Beautifully acted exploration of relationships and the boundaries between inspiration, influence and manipulation.
