Somewhere in BBC Scotland: "Did you know that an AI data centre uses 27 million bottles of water a year?" "What size of bottle?" "That doesn't matter. 27 million sounds like a lot doesn't it?" "I guess so, but how does that compare with residential usage? Or waste by leaks? Or
Scottish data centres powering AI are already using enough water to fill 27 million bottles a year. More on this story ā”ļø https://t.co/tHHEwafmTO

At last. About twenty years late, but at last.
If we canāt name a problem, we canāt deal with it. Political Islam is a growing problem in Britain. Politicians elected on sectarian platforms petitioned the authorities to ban Israeli Jewish football fans from their areas. Thatās not Britain as we know it.

Relief that this can be said publicly in polite society at last, but my goodness, itās taken a long time. Is it too late?

I paid Ā£650 to get my whole spare room carpeted. If I used the same so-called approved firm the NHS uses, I wouldāve paid north of Ā£4,000. Crazy. I call on anyone to do an FOI on their local council or hospital. Ask for some prices. Mark my words, youāll be flabbergasted.
@mikecosgrove They once paid £1200 to fit a blind that was £17.99 from Dunelm!

The overton window has moved. China is now viewed as a threat and so openly called in this piece by the leader of the Opposition. Considering euphemism was order of the day not a few weeks ago this is welcome (if late). China is a threat.

Imagine saying this in 2009 or even 2019. #OvertonWindow
Golly. The mainstreaming of this kind of stuff is extraordinary. Imagine anyone trying to say this kind of thing in 1989!

The Birmingham ban on Maccabi fans has nothing to do with football. Itās about the UK government and police surrendering the safety of Britainās Jewish community to a mob that believes it now has Israel and the Jews inexorably in its sights. It also demonstrates something to

No reason for No 10 not to reply and publish?
Simple question for the lobby to ask No10 press office: Can you confirm J Powell wrote a box note for the PM on the China spy case and will the PM give this note to Parliament so MPs can see whether the PM misled the House? (I'm told by officials in No10/CO that JP was

Ambulance chasing ā¦@HMRCgovukā© End this now. IHT will be charged on the pensions of those who die under 55. HMRC expects to tax the pensions of nearly 2,000 savers who die before 55 by 2030. So the young families who need it most will be punished. https://t.co/maHYAi66pD

Appropriately forthright words from Aston Villa fan Lord Austin. He tears into "the abysmal decision of West Midlands Police to ban Jewish fans from attending their teamās game. It should be a wake-up call for our country ā and we have a duty to do something about it." 1/6

Brilliant, after letting China buy the data infrastructure used by MI6, Cabinet Office, MoD etc for secret data -- and covering up and lying about it this week - the government now wants to let China buy ALL THE WATER SUPPLY FOR LONDON. *The system is working as intended*
