Yes, we call the entire region out there “The Desert” ( Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells ) and in real estate downturns that entire region takes a MASSIVE BEATING, with losses in value typically greater than 50% 😳😬☠️
