Beautiful study/must read! @RasmiThomas /MHRP today @ScienceTM: Single-cell multiomics identified restriction factor PTMA. HIV RNA+ cells overexpress cytotoxic markers. PTMA negatively correlate with HIV RNA. PTMA overexpression inhibits HIV transcription.
