in 2023. In its Concluding Obs, two paragraphs are dedicated to fighting against

+ victims' relatives' rights to truth, and justice. The TC decision is deeply concerning
#HumanRights
: By releasing Fujimori, Peru joins countries that breach Int'l Law w/no shame. As President, he ordered the killing of civilians.
To stay in power, Peru's govt used the false pretext of a humanitarian pardon to set him free. Release is against order of IACtHR.
