Mega-Political Cases before the ICJ: Transforming a Hegemonic into a Negotiated Order? - my two cents for the CIL Dialogues symposium on 'High Politics before the ICJ'.
States have turned to the ICJ to adjudicate 'mega-political' cases. @Heikekrieger2 argues that this trend is closely related to current structural changes in the international order where the ICJ is an arbiter in transforming international relations. https://t.co/3Si16QHA2b

From 4 to 6 September, I attended the @ESIL2024Vilnius and co-convened the pre-conference workshop on the History of International Law. It's my second time attending @esil_sedi and visiting Vilnius and it was still very fun. I can't wait for the next ESIL conference in Berlin!
