Just finished - brilliant! A fantastic book, highlighting the powerful, and often dark, work done by terms such as “pre-history”, “civilisation”, and “barbarism” throughout history.

Still no confirmation from Minister McGuinty on whether or not Canadian officers attended the Israeli military seminar, despite McGuinty promising to follow up. The seminar was held to “strengthen cooperation ... between the participating militaries.” https://t.co/RJXF4A8X4p

IDF soldiers & anyone coming from Gaza to Canada should be interviewed to see if they have evidence of atrocities, incl. potentially their own. Otherwise, the RMCP’s structural investigation is pointless. Comments from me & ⁦@realjamesyap⁩ here:

Israel has boasted that Canadian military officials were present for an IDF seminar on the "lessons" of its genocidal war on Gaza. When asked, Canada's Defence Minister @DavidMcGuinty 'can't confirm' if they were there.

Three countries - the United States, Israel, and Argentina - vote against a UN General Assembly resolution aimed at preventing and ending this use of torture. These resolutions used to be adopted unanimously. What does it say when these states oppose any opposition to torture?

Important point: Russia, the US, and Ukraine have no authority to cancel the #ICC's outstanding arrest warrants for Putin and other Russian leaders. Nor do they have the authority to give them immunity they would not otherwise have under international law.

Here is Trump's full 28 point plan for Ukraine. It would destroy Ukraine as a sovereign state and leave it helpless to face a Russian attack in the future. It would also give Putin full vindication and immunity from prosecution. And, of course, it would allow the US to get back
