Update on my dump trailer rental business.
I've spent way too much time on the wrong things like my logo and website. I wanted a good logo to post on my website and on my trailer which took a while. At the end of the day the customers are contractors, your logo doesn't matter!

It's sad to admit but I'm confronted with the reality that I really don't know what I'm doing and I'm afraid because of it. I keep finding myself afraid of things going wrong and delaying the first rental....

Things to do:
- Install airtags
- Install GPS trackers
- Order vinyl stickers (getting quotes atm)
- Get tire warranty
- Familiarize myself with the trailer. Take it out for a drive, walk around it, lift it, tarp it, etc.
- Look into solar chargers to keep the battery charged

Episode idea. Pick a random city (Broward County, FL), pick businesses listed for sale on BizBuySell, and choose which ones you'd buy. Go through the thought process, why you like it, what you'd look closely at during due diligence, and how you'd grow the business.

is awesome! They show you every detail about the car and most importantly, the price history of the car! Dealer refused to negotiate down to a price I want. I see they reduce prices everyweek. I'm just going to wait. Slowly coming together!

One quick note: a big thing missed by people is that creations/redemptions are executed at NAV rather than market price and so when market price deviates from NAV there is natural incentive to arb it. This is same whether cash or in kind.
