Right, so earlier Cboe filed a letter (form 8-A12B) that said "Cboe has approved the following securities for listing on Cboe" and they are withdrawing this letter.
So, still does not mean approval nor withdrawal, but bit weird imo.
This was filed just now (not July) and references the filing from just earlier today. People reading too much into this and impact. CBOE just was supposed to wait. If you're angry at someone, direct it at the CBOE.

Based on my calculations, premiums for new spot BTC ETFs started high (~5%) and went below 1% throughout the day. GBTC discount was between 1-2% for the whole time.
Note: I calculated "bitcoin per share" myself (can have small errors) and use Coinbase as benchmark = not official

Teucrium BTC Futures ETF 19b-4 filing was approved APRIL 6, 2022. Then started a long process of S-1 SEC feedback and amendments.
Only by SEPTEMBER 14, the S-1 was effective and started trading day later.
The quick comments+amendments show SEC wants to have this live ASAP too.

It's really just some small disclaimers/risks about the APs.
My guess would be that before discussion was about in-kind vs cash (which affects role/risks of AP) and APs were agreed upon late. So makes sense this has to be finalized only by now.

Bit earlier there were filings to confirm the Hashdex Bitcoin **Futures** ETF merger has been closed.
It felt barely tweet-worthy but I suppose timing-wise it's nice to have it done before they (want to) convert it to their spot ETF ;)
