Today I turn 55. I’m the fittest, sharpest, and happiest I’ve ever been. If I’m an outlier, it’s not because I’m built different or discovered a secret formula. The truth is far less glamorous: It’s a million tiny choices, compounded over decades. Here are 55 of them: 1.

“Every couple you admire has walked through fire.” Eric’s thread is worth reading. It’s the part nobody talks about. I’ve been married for 28 years and often say that there are 3 types of marriages: 1) Those that end in divorce. 2) Those that come close to ending in divorce.

Did you know there's a simple 10-question survey that is 85% accurate in predicting low testosterone? My company, Bolt, vibe-coded a website so you can try it out: https://t.co/Jou07QuqX6 🚦If your result is 🔴, that means you're likely to have low T and should get tested.

P.S. Every time I post my “3 types of marriages” take, a few people get triggered: “My marriage has NEVER come close to divorce!” It’s not for me to judge, but I suspect that some of those folks have the 3rd type, where they’ve settled for less than great. In ANY long-term

⌛️Someday Last week, I ran into an old climbing friend who I hadn’t seen in 10 years. He has Parkinson’s now, with severe symptoms. It shook me. Mortality is an abstract concept… until you see someone who’s on the clock. On my 40th birthday, my dad—a man of few words—sat me

I swear, you could post: 🌵“Deserts are dry.” And somebody in the comments would say, “No, I went to the desert and it rained.” 🤪

I think about this a lot. We owe it to our kids to live boldly. Because if we don’t… they probably won’t either.

My COMPLETELY TRUE story about climbing with Elon Musk, with 100% REAL pics👇
Elon Musk was in Boulder last week and I had the pleasure of taking him climbing in the Flatirons. Halfway up the mountain, I couldn’t resist saying… “You know Elon, your billions are no good here on the rock. Right now, I’m wealthier than you because I’m more fit.” He

If you only ever read one of my posts, make it this one👇 Only two questions really matter in life: How do you define success? Are your actions aligned with that definition? Surprisingly, many people never take the time to clearly define what success means for *them*, so they

⚠️Everybody wants to be an entrepreneur… but here’s a cautionary tale: A few years ago, I did pro-bono consulting sessions with 28 small business owners. They were all successful 7-figure businesses that had been around for years. What I observed shocked me: 1) Most of these
I’m going to come clean. I used to think everyone should be an entrepreneur. Own your own thing, control your hours, your income, etc. I don’t think that anymore. Most people are better off at a job. Despite the success of my company since 2017, the last three years have
