Not just O negative.
It applies to all the negative blood groups.
Also, it should be given after delivery of the fetus, not just after abortion alone.
Apparently if your O negative as a woman, there’s an injection you’re meant to take when you have an abortion or you have a miscarriage. Wow😳

Many hospitals offer 24/48 hrs on, 24 hrs off, which to me technically is not a shift.
Nobody should work for 24 hrs, especially not in a field as intricate as Medicine.

And in fact, to be very honest;
As at final year medical student level, it’s highly unlikely you will be the best candidate to teach anatomy dissection.
It’s very highly unlikely you have the time for it, or you still have the expertise.

I was given a deaf patient whose mother was not available and her father knew very little about her condition.
I couldn't even speak to the girl cause I dunno sign language and her translator was absent😭😭😭

Hmm. The replies here shows that everyone followed their wives for antenatal but in all my O&G postings, I don't think I saw up to 5 men who came with their wives. I'm sure my fellow medics would agree with me on this.
Anyway, you people are asking for too much. How many men follow their wives to antenatal classes? How many of them even care enough to want to google how to help their wives with their symptoms and allergies? Most of them don’t even see it as their business. Let’s start there.
